Bring your binoculars, scope and camera to Blooms Preserve in South Olympia and prepare to see migratory song birds and more! This beautiful property was conserved by Capitol Land Trust in 2018 and is comprised of 60 acres and 2,000 feet of Blooms Ditch, which provides habitat for Coho salmon, steelhead, sea-run cutthroat trout, and the threatened Oregon spotted frog. This is a special opportunity to view this property that is not normally open to the public. The Black Hills Audubon Society will guide you in locating and identifying birds on the property.
