The 15th Annual Conservation Breakfast
Connecting with our Community
April 24, 2019
Thank you to those who joined us for our Conservation Breakfast! You raised over $90,000 to support local conservation!
We heard from Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife’s Jeff Davis about the importance of connecting people to nature, both for their own health and the health of the environment. We also learned from Mark Clark, co-owner of Bush Prairie Farm, about what it’s like as a landowner to conserve your land with a conservation easement. Then Jill Simmons of Washington Trails Association inspired us by the power of recreation to support local economies, mental health and the lands we recreate on.
Washington Trails Association was honored for their collaboration and leadership in southwest Washington conservation.
