June 13 – Waitlist Only
This event is currently full. Please email Sam at [email protected] to be added to the waitlist.
Blooms Preserve is 142 acres near Littlerock, WA, and contains a salmon-bearing watercourse called Blooms Ditch. This property is exciting because it hosts habitat for a number of unique animal species. Black Hills Audubon Society has led bird outings and done bird surveys. There was an Oregon spotted frog survey here earlier this year, and they found… well, come to the event to hear what they found.
Our task for the event is to explore and maintain the monitoring trails on the preserve. There will be another volunteer group on the preserve that day to repair a bridge over Blooms Ditch. We get to see all their progress without doing any of the work.
Bring your friends and join us for a fun summer day at Blooms Preserve.
Monday, June 13
