Carlson Preserve

Conserved in 2023

Property Overview:

• 5 acres of wetlands native trees like black cottonwood, Sitka spruce, and Douglas-fir.
• 500 feet of Dempsey Creek flows through the property. Young coho salmon have been documented using this stretch of the creek.
• Adjacent to Edwards Conservation Easement and Darlin Creek Preserve for a total of 367 contiguous conserved acres.
