Property Overview:
- These 94 acres combine with over 170 acres already conserved by Capitol Land Trust in lower Henderson Inlet.
- Extensive wetlands and 2,700 feet of unarmored shoreline.
- Meyer’s Point CE is just south of Department of Natural Resource’s Woodard Bay Natural Resource Conservation Area. These properties work together to protect habitat for wildlife such as harbor seals, brown bats and salmon.
- Washington State University, landowner, uses this property for research and education.
