McIntyre Conservation Easement
Conserved in 2006
Property Overview:
- 20 Acres in the McLane Creek Watershed/Delphi Valley.
- The property contains considerable functional forested and wetland habitat. The property’s wetlands, streams and forested areas share direct hydrologic connectivity to McLane Creek, Mud Bay and the lower Eld Inlet watershed. The Property’s forested over-story consists of a diverse mix of Western red cedar, Douglas fir, western hemlock, big leaf maple, grand fir and alder.
