April 30 – Cancelled
This event has been cancelled. We hope you will join us next Saturday May 7 at Darlin Creek Preserve.
Near the Evergreen State College, Harper Conservation Easement is a 63-acre parcel that protects forests and wetlands around Green Cove Creek.
Join us on Saturday to help remove beautiful (but unwelcome) Scot’s broom from an area that past volunteers planted with native trees and shrubs. We will be exploring the forest as we help the land thrive by removing this invasive species. Bring your allergy medication and say hello to spring with us!
Near the intersection of Kaiser Rd and Evergreen Parkway, this event could be attended by bus, car, or bike (we love non-motorized transport).
Saturday, April 30
10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Harper Conservation Easement, Olympia
Volunteers must fill out an annual Volunteer Waiver before volunteering with CLT. Minors must be accompanied by an adult or have both pages of the Minor Waiver Release Form filled out ahead of time. You may print and fill out your waiver ahead of time and bring to the event or send us a photo of your completed waiver. We will also have extra waivers at the event. Completed waivers, questions, and concerns can be emailed to [email protected].
