Join us and Mason Conservation District for Orca Recovery Day! Together we will plant native trees and shrubs along Johns Creek at Bayshore Preserve, helping expand the streamside habitat that supports migrating salmon—our local orca’s favorite food!
This is a come-and-go style event—you’re welcome to join us for an hour or stay the whole time.

Parking: The main lot is closed during construction. Please park at the Oakland Bay Recreation Area at 3990 WA-3. A Discover pass is required.
What to bring:
- Water Bottle
- Snacks
- Layers for fall weather
Registration and Waiver: Please register ahead of time to receive event details and complete our event-specific waiver. This will make check-in faster. The waiver can be found here.
