The 26th annual Student GREEN Congress is coming up on Thursday, March 22nd, at The Evergreen State College. This event is co-hosted by the Nisqually River Education Project and South Sound GREEN, and brings together 400 local students who have participated in water quality monitoring to share their results and talk about conservation actions they can take to improve watershed health.
GREEN Congress would not be possible without the help of volunteers who set up, direct traffic, run the registration and hospitality tables, help out with technology, and take photos to document the day. The link to sign up for one or more volunteer shifts is here: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/20f0d4ca8af2ca3fb6-student1. More information about this year’s Congress can be found in the attached press release. Please circulate to your networks, and we hope to see some of you there!
