AmeriCorps Restoration Specialist
Capitol Land Trust is seeking an AmeriCorps Restoration Specialist who is passionate about restoring ecosystems and working outdoors with people.
The AmeriCorps Restoration Specialist will be responsible for recruiting and working with volunteers to restore degraded habitat on CLT conserved lands and provide opportunities to get youth engaged in the outdoors. This position will also help maintain CLT’s public-access preserves. The AmeriCorps Restoration Specialist will build support for our mission by building community with diverse groups of people and fostering connections to our conserved lands.
This is a volunteer opportunity offered through a partnership with Washington Service Corps. The AmeriCorps member will receive a monthly stipend of $2,066.86, provided by Washington Service Corps and serve 40 hours/week.
